Lower School
The Lower School holds Kindergarten through fifth grade, the Lower School IdeaLab, Trask Library, woodshop, an activity room, After School Program, an art room and a music room.
Blue Playground
The Blue Playground, nestled between the Lower School and the Kurtz Center, is named after its hallmark blue surface. The playground features two climbing structures, swings and a basketball court.
Dooney Field House
Dooney Field House is the future site of Penn Charter's new Lower School. The space is used currently for campus events, athletics practices and physical education classes.
Timmons House
Timmons House is located on The Oak Road, across the Bus Lane from the main building. The Business Office, Maintenance, and Development are located here.
Playing Field
A full-size soccer field used by JV and Middle School teams is part of the green space around the main building along School House Lane.
Perrott Field
Perrott Field, a turf field used year round, is home to Penn Charter's field hockey and lacrosse teams. Perrott is also used for physical education classes and recess.
Perrott Field in Spring
Boys lacrosse, a spring sport, uses Perrott Turf Field for practices and competitions.

Max Gross Field
Max Gross Field, home to Varsity Softball, features dugouts for the Quakers and the visiting teams and a digital scoreboard.
